SURVIVING WINTER APPEAL

After the hardship caused by the pandemic, older and vulnerable people now face another looming crisis: escalating heating bills as a result of rising cost of living and fuel prices.

This could tip many more households in the County into fuel poverty. Often they will have to choose between eating or staying warm.
