Corporate Giving

Working with charitable trusts

We work with local charitable trusts to ensure they are fulfilling their objectives effectively. Trusts use our services to find suitable beneficiaries, combine with other funds to create bigger impact, and provide a permanent home for their assets when it becomes hard to recruit new trustees.

“We at the Huntley & Palmers Benevolent Fund had come to a situation wherein the fund was almost dormant (the biscuit factory having closed in 1978) and were looking for a way to revitalise. We were informed of the work of the Berkshire Community Foundation and after meeting with them found that they were an excellent fit to carry on our work both for any surviving beneficiaries and for the wider local community, something I am sure that the Palmer family, who were the instigators of the fund way back in the 1920's, would be very happy with as they were great providers in the local community.”
