BUSINESS PHILANTHROPY CLUB 

The Business Philanthropy Club (BPC) is a vehicle for like-minded Berkshire-based businesses to come together to make a real, positive difference within Berkshire, through effective and targeted funding to grassroots organisations and projects in their local communities.

Members get the opportunity to not only support local charities but also to collaborate with other business leaders on tangible business opportunities through exclusive networking opportunities. The BPC also provides dedicated support for staff volunteering, maximising their contributions to local charities and communities.

Membership Levels

Half of each member’s annual donation is made available for grant-making in the here and now, making an immediate impact in the local community. The other half is used in the facilitation of volunteer opportunities, events and networking meetings for the BPC, as well as investment in the BPC Endowment Fund that will provide a lasting gift to local communities.

Is used for immediate grant awards to support local charities addressing the most salient and urgent community needs at any given time.

25%

Is invested in the BPC Endowment Fund that provides a sustainable long-term source of financial support to charities and volunteer groups in Berkshire for years to come.

25%

Is used to develop new streams of funding and to facilitate BPC activities, events and networking meetings.

The volunteer support offered as part of the membership options below is an easy way for businesses to kick-start their Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. It can also complement and run concurrently with existing charitable commitments and partnerships.
